Internships
Marymount Psychology majors have a plethora of internship opportunities throughout the Washington, DC, area and around the world. Since Psychology majors receive strong training in critical thinking, data analysis and interpretation, information literacy and writing, the effects of groups on behavior, the multifaceted aspects of an individual’s development during aging, counseling skills, and the effects of biology on behavior, students are able to apply the skills and knowledge they develop in the major to a diversity of fields and job opportunities.
