The PT program admits one new cohort of DPT students each fall semester. The deadline for applications for our next entering class (fall 2014) is December 2, 2013. Students must submit all admission materials prior to this deadline. Applications received after December 2 will not be reviewed. Each class can accommodate up to 35 students.
Submitting an Application
Marymount University participates in the Physical Therapy Centralized Application Service (PTCAS), a service used by the majority of U.S. Physical Therapy programs. With PTCAS, you complete one central application. PTCAS sends your completed application to the programs you designate. As part of the process, you will need to submit a supplemental fee. The PT Department hosts an official "interview day" each year for our applicants who have been invited by the admissions committee. Attendance at interview day is required. The interview day for this upcoming year will be February 1, 2014.
