Economics (Minor)

Marymount’s Economics minor allows students to pursue an interest in economic analysis and policy. Economic analysis is an effective complement to career preparation in business, social or public policy, law, and international relations. Practicing economists bring real-time expertise into many of these courses as instructors and guest lecturers. The five Economics electives in the minor allow students to tailor it to their individual interests.

Minor Requirements
  • ECO 210 Principles of Microeconomics
  • ECO 211 Principles of Macroeconomics
  • Five (5) additional Economics electives approved by an Economics faculty advisor
