This minor offers great flexibility to students who want to supplement a major in a different field of study. The Business minor equips students to learn business basics as well as to gain additional depth of business knowledge in a specific area.
When selecting electives toward fulfillment of this minor, it is important to keep in mind that many business courses have prerequisites. For example, students who plan to take a course in advertising will first have to complete Principles of Marketing.
