The Washington, DC, area offers a rich array of internship opportunities. Internship sites for Art majors have included

  • Smithsonian Institution
  • Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children
  • Torpedo Factory Art Center
  • Private galleries and art centers throughout the greater Washington metropolitan area
You may also wish to complete your internship overseas through Marymount’s study abroad program, coordinated through the Center for Global Education. Some locations offering Art studies include Florence and Milan, Italy; Chile; South Africa; and Japan.
