The Main Campus is the heart of the University and includes the iconic Main House, academic buildings, and residence halls. Administrative and School offices, the Sacred Heart of Mary Chapel, the Emerson G. Reinsch Library, and the Lee University Center are also located on the Main Campus.
The Main Campus's newest buildings include Caruthers Hall, an academic building that opened in 2011 featuring state-of-the-art science labs and classrooms, and Rose Benté Lee Ostapenko Hall, which opened in fall 2010 offering the latest in apartment-style collegiate residential living.

Located in the Ballston professional district in Arlington County, Marymount’s Ballston Center is home to the School of Business Administration; the Graduate Admissions Office; the Center for Global Education, which facilitates study abroad experiences for students, faculty, and staff; the Departments of Physical Therapy, Forensic Psychology, and Counseling; and the Verizon Information Security Lab, a cybersecurity facility that prepares students to meet 21st-century cyber-challenges.
Marymount’s Ballston Center is just minutes from the Main Campus, and students travel to and from both locations on free Marymount shuttles.

Marymount’s Reston Center, an adult education center, is located in northern Virginia’s business and technology corridor and offers working professionals the opportunity to earn career-advancing degrees through part-time study.
