All transcripts issued are official. No unofficial transcripts will be issued by the Registrar’s Office. If you are a current student, you may view and print your academic record online through Marynet
You must clear any restrictions
from your record before any transcript request will be honored.
The University will not, under any circumstances, fax out a transcript. All requests must be in writing and can be made in person, by mail, fax, or email (email@example.com
) through a scanned, signed copy of our Transcript Request Form
When making your request by mail, fax or email, please include the following information:
- your name or the name under which you attended Marymount University
- date of birth
- current address, phone number, and email address in case we have questions
- Social Security Number or Marymount ID number
- approximate dates of attendance or date of graduation
- complete address where the transcript is to be mailed
- your legal signature
There is no charge for a regular service transcript. You must pay a fee when making a same-day processing service transcript request. These fees must be payable in U.S. currency by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Do not send cash by mail. Make checks payable to “Marymount University.”
Regular Service: NO CHARGE; will be processed in approximately 3 - 5 business days and mailed out by regular U.S. Postal Service. At the end of each semester, it may take up to two weeks to issue transcripts, particularly if you request that your transcript include end-of-term grades and/or degree conferral.
Same-Day Service: $10 per copy; will be mailed out by regular U.S. Postal Service within 24-hours of the request. The same day processing service fee DOES NOT include the price of express mail service. Same day requests are processed within 24-hours of receipt. If you wish for your transcript to include end-of-term grades and/or graduation, same day service may not be available. You may also come in person and fill out the request form at the window and pick up your transcripts.
Next-Day Delivery Service
: If you would like us to send your transcript via next-day delivery, you may do so by making notification on the transcript request and by providing credit card billing information. We must receive your request by 12:00 p.m. The next-day delivery surcharge is $35. The transcript fee is already included with the surcharge.
